Mitja Legat and Katja Pokorn
Mitja Legat and Katja Pokorn are both from Kranj (Slovenia) and both graduates in sociology. The interest into action sports and the love of the nature led them into the world of creative visions.
They work together in their foto/video production house LegitFilms. The main interests are the documentaries about extreme sports, such as skiing, snowboarding, wave surfing, skating etc.
They are most known by their film project Untouched project, that follows a group of young Slovenian skiers and snowboarders in search of the untouched powder, enjoying in spending time in the snowy mountains and discovering exotic lands. Within the project, they are already preparing the third movie and a photo exhibition. Besides this, they also released a few video clips, among those also the awarded online episode Untouched project: Homebase. It represents the Slovenian alpine/backcountry skiing history and how the young generation continues this rich tradition on its own, modern way.
