Seppi Dabringer

Seppi Dabringer is an 38 year old Austrian born filmmaker. As a proper Austrian boy he started skiing when he was two, sailing came next at the age of five, with thirteen a first snowboard was built and windsurfing exchanged the sailing. Growing up with skate and snowboarding, Mitch Toelderer passed his way and they were infected by the new born freeride idea. A great friendship developed which lead them to Alaska, producing snowboard films. Over many years Seppi has been active in the international extreme sports community,
producing events for television, image films for the sport industry as well as editorial work for
international clients. He is now settled in Klagenfurt, Austria, with his partners Helmut Sommer and Dieter Frank running the Multimedia agency “Sommer & Dabringer Fine Art Multimedia & Print OG”, also part of the group of companies named “Design Consulat”. Filming in Alaska for several years was his dream come true, before visiting Angola in 2007,
documenting a medical aid project. This two week journey changed his way of thinking, made him change his way of life, trying to base his centre of life around Carinthia and the surrounding mountains instead of travelling around the globe all year around. In the future Seppi plans a ski & snowboard film in Carinthia, Slovenia and Italy, starring Mitch Toelderer, Flo Koefer and more. He is also open for projects from young athletes and filmmakers, and always happy to be contacted for help or manpower needed.
