Gaspard de la Meije made the first ascent of La Meije (Massif des Ecrins) in August 1877. Inspired by the Hautes Alpes, they began their adventure in 1998 to Col du Lautaret (2058 m). A group of young skiers and snowboarders discovered a new way to hike in the mountains. From that moment the power of the wind became a friend, helping us to reach beautiful areas in the mountain.

Director Nomades with Régis Labaune (Films Snowboard) & World Snowkitemasters co organisator. Wareck is one of the snowkite pioneers and created the RideUp Team. Johann was 2011 World champion and French snowkite champion freestyle in 2008 and 2009. Johann and Wareck are always to the max…they have many world records and a lot of first snowkite ascents in the world.
